  I have a 1999 Ranger Ext. Cab 4x4 I have been taking it in to my dealer Noble Ford in Indianola, Iowa since Sept. 01 for a dogtracking problem they have had it 5 times and are not able to completely fix the problem. They told me they could see it go down the road sideways but could find nothing wrong so they couldn't fix it. A Ford engineer had them change the rear springs and that helped but did not fix it. The Service Manager told me he would talk to a foctory rep. and see if they would negotiate a buy back. The Factory Rep. Bill Mc Donald told me over the phone they would give me $1000.00 trade allowance. I turned it down and was set up with a meeting in person, I told him in the face to face meeting that it was more than a cosmetic problem the truck was starting to wander. I have been driving the truck for 3 years and he drove it for 10 min. and told me there was nothing wrong with it. He then told me his Factory Engineer said there was nothing wrong with the truck and he would stan...
