An interesting yet tragic article involving two of the topics we've discussed this term:

In my opinion, Tim Remsburg (step-father of the deceased) has no case against the geocities and tripod, as they immediately removed the web site upon notice. That does not bother me-- in fact, it seems that no one ever visited that web site anyway. What's more disturbing is how Youens (the killer) was able to obtain so much information about Amy Boyer (the deceased)-- including her license plate number. It highlights some of our worst fears.
