For exercise 6 in the 4th and 5th bullet, does it mean new-2.tcl and
new.tcl instead of add-2.tcl and add.tcl ?
Also in the 6th bullet, what does it mean by old fee-based
reservations ? Thanks !

Yes, those two links should say "new.tcl" and "new-2.tcl"By "old fee-based reservations", it is meant that reservations which have already completed (i.e. now in the past) can still be displayed. The idea is that someone would want to know how much is going on.
